What Is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, items that arrive damaged or broken, and products that stop functioning under normal use conditions.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling, normal wear and tear, items damaged due to unauthorized modifications, and lost or stolen products.

Warranty Period

Our products are covered for 90 days from the date of delivery.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Describe the Issue and include clear photos of the defect or damage.
  3. Wait for Approval — our team will review your claim within 72 hours.
  4. Resolution — once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Replacement & Refund

If your item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund. We cover all shipping costs related to warranty claims — no charges to you.
